Year End Award Rules & Guidelines

    • Paid 2010 EIQHA Member (owner & exhibitor of horse must be paid members.)

    • Copy of your horses AQHA registration papers on file w/ EIQHA Club Secretary/points keeper: Wendy Weaver - Providing your papers to the Show Secretary does NOT make you eligible.
      (mailing info on the 2010 membership form)

    POINTS WILL NOT BE TRACKED UNTIL MEMBERSHIP IS PAID AND PAPERS
    ARE RECEIVED

    • Accumulate at least 7 points in your respective class.

      Seven (7) judges will be counted for the year end awards.

    • You must show to a minimum of 4-judges to qualify for a year end award. (Rules state you must show to one more than half of the EIQHA sponsored/approved shows.)

    • YOU MUST SHOW AT THE RMC SPLIT/COMBINED SHOW – If for some unforeseen circumstance you are unable to show at the EIQHA Approved RMC, you or a member of your immediate family can donate 4-hours of work at the RMC, or pay a fee of $100 to the EIQHA by June 10, 2010 to qualify for year end awards.

    • Show at two (2) other sponsored or approved shows.
      1. Hairy Horse Show - 1 judge
      2. IApHC - 1 judge
      3. MVSIA - 1-judge
      4. EISF (AQHA Approved) - 1 judge
      5. EIPHC - 3 judges available, 1 judge will be counted.
        (Only the best one of the three will be used to qualify for a year end award.)
